What you will do

  • Oversee daily operations and performance of EC, OMS, O2O, and PIM/DAM systems.
  • Manage incidents, changes, and drive continuous improvement of digital operations.
  • Lead IT/Digital projects, including upgrades, new features, and integrations, from planning to go-live.
  • Align project scope, roadmap, and priorities with business stakeholders.
  • Manage vendors and service providers, ensuring delivery quality, SLAs, timelines, and budgets.
  • Support clients on IT security and data protection topics for digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally within retail or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce and omni-channel systems (EC, OMS, O2O, PIM/DAM).
  • Proven experience delivering large IT/Digital projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team communication skills.
  • Good understanding of ITIL, integrations/APIs, and security basics.

  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Chinese).
