What you will do
- Format and edit technical leak detection reports to ensure corporate professional standards.
- Manage administrative workflows using the Loop job management system.
- Generate and process invoices for completed works.
- Coordinate the dispatch of finalized reports and invoices to clients via established channels.
- Support the Client Services Manager in maintaining national service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative or operational support roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail for editing and identifying discrepancies in technical reports.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Availability to work according to Victoria, AU Time (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

- Experience in service-based or field-technician-led industries.
- Proficiency with digital documentation and job management software.
- Ability to work independently while supporting national operations.
