What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable UI components and patterns within a cross-platform design system.
• Define components, tokens, and usage guidelines to ensure seamless development workflows.
• Translate strategy, UX, and brand into visually compelling interfaces for flagship e-commerce projects.
• Collaborate with UX, brand, and development teams to ensure pixel-perfect delivery and consistent quality.
• Educate teams and clients on system-driven design through presentations and workshops.
• Develop interactive landing pages and campaign experiences that bring brand stories to life.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital design, specifically within e-commerce or product design.
• Track record of creating and managing design systems for large-scale digital products.
• Strong expertise in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, and documentation workflows.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Must be able to work from the office in Amsterdam.
• Solid understanding of development handoff processes and tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with builder.io or similar design-to-development automation tools.
