What you will do

• Design hands-on, high-impact product experiences, starting with agentic workflows
• Drive the design system to completion and full adoption, owning standards and principles
• Set and raise the craft bar across the product organization through direction and critique
• Mentor and coach designers to elevate team craft (not people management)
• Define design direction across complex, multi-team product areas
• Lead the adoption of AI-native workflows and emerging tools
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to make fast, customer-focused decisions

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience, including staff or principal level
• Strong portfolio of B2B product work and leadership in discovery and research
• Exceptional craft, creativity, and taste; proven impact on product quality and brand
• Track record of leading high-impact work across complex, multi-team spaces
• Experience raising the craft bar through mentorship and design leadership
• Ability to set standards and principles for design quality
• Strong communicator, able to influence without formal authority
• Experience with AI-native tools and close collaboration with engineering
