What you will do

• Serve as primary onsite client contact, coordinating with project management, subcontractors, and crew
• Track hours, run multiple installation superintendents, and manage large/complex long-duration projects
• Review BOM, maintain schedules, handle inventory, redlines, RFIs, and weekly milestone reporting via OneNote
• Troubleshoot systems, delegate tasks across sites, and escalate issues to supervisors promptly
• Ensure compliance with DIV28 quality control, safety protocols, and site readiness
• Mentor technicians and operate independently with high technical and people skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (Associates/Bachelor’s preferred); 3+ years electronic security installation experience
• Proficiency with systems: Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, AMAG, S2, Honeywell, Software House, Bosch, DMP
• Knowledge of access control/CCTV/intercom installation, wiring, panel terminations, network interfaces, mechanical retrofitting
• Admin skills: Teams, Outlook, OneNote, BlueBeam, drawings, matrices, BOM, SRDs
• Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, clean criminal record for security clearance/registration
• Active passport or ability to obtain; able to lift 40lbs, work indoors/outdoors, climb ladders
