What you will do

• Create schematic symbols and PCB component footprints according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Manage the component library and define processes to maintain an accurate and organized parts database.
• Own and drive the integration between the e-cad library and PLM tool using automated scripting.
• Collaborate with the design team to review and develop library components and footprints.
• Support team growth by participating in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with ECAD library management and database knowledge.
• Proficiency in creating and validating schematic symbols and footprints in Altium.
• Experience writing scripts and implementing automation.
• Experience working with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software, preferably Arena.
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Experience with IPC standards (Class 2/3, IPC-A-610, IPC-7351).
