Salary: $114,200 - $152,200 a year

What you will do

• Set and maintain company quality standards and provide direction to the Quality Control team.
• Monitor process performance using data to drive continuous improvement and reduce rework/nonconformance.
• Lead root cause analysis, recommend corrective actions, and coach problem-solving teams.
• Train staff in Lean and quality tools including VSM, DMAIC, DFSS, Kanban, and 5S.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance procedures and certifications (ISO 13485, ISO-9001 & AS9100).
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Purchasing, and Engineering to resolve customer complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Science, Statistics, Business or Quality Management.
• Strong experience in manufacturing quality roles and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and AS9100 standards.
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems using statistical techniques such as SPC or DOE.
• Proficiency with problem-solving techniques and lean manufacturing.
• U.S. Citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status (Required for ITAR compliance).

Nice to have

• CQM certification and strong CMM experience.
• Proficiency in PPAP, FMEA, Cpk, Gauge R&R, and GD&T.
• Previous experience in quality management system audits.
• Proficiency with ISO/TS16949 standards.
