Software Engineer (Fullstack)

TL;DR

Salary: $145,350 – $171,000

What you will do

• Develop scalable platforms and internal tooling to power critical business operations for the RCM team.
• Build and maintain systems supporting payments, claims submission, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Drive the full development lifecycle: planning, execution, measuring success, and post-launch maintenance.
• Apply product thinking to solve complex operational challenges and improve cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience building highly responsive, scalable, reliable, and performant systems.
• Intermediate understanding of modern application architecture, API design patterns, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of frontend architecture, including component-based design and state management.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii)

Nice to have

• Experience with React, NodeJs, Typescript, Kafka, and AWS.
• Background working at startup or growth-stage companies.
• Experience with on-call rotations and resolving complex technical issues.
