What you will do

• Oversee large and complex Strategic Advisory Services engagements, coordinating with executive-level stakeholders.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Strategic Advisory Services practice.
• Coach, mentor, hire, and develop a team of high-performing consultants.
• Develop and maintain tools, processes, and methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Partner with the Sales team to scope new customer engagements.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in team leadership within a matrixed consulting environment.
• Strong background in IT/Security management consulting with experience owning executive relationships.
• Proven expertise in security program development (e.g., SOC, CSIRT, or Fusion Center implementation).
• Experience in security operations, business strategy, risk analysis, and cybersecurity policy development.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to travel to engage with clients up to 30% of the time.
