Salary: $157,800 - $197,250 + equity

What you will do

• Bridge the gap between Offensive Security services and the strategic needs of customer CISOs.
• Drive Go-to-Market solution designs and act as an executive sponsor for high-value enterprise deals.
• Serve as a public face and thought leader at major conferences like RSAC, Black Hat, and OWASP.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into business value and ROI for executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align the roadmap with customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years in senior cybersecurity leadership (CISO, VP of Security, or equivalent).
• Proven track record as a public speaker and writer with an existing brand in the cybersecurity community.
• Deep understanding of offensive security, PTaaS, red teaming, and AI/ML applications in security.
• Experience working with sales and marketing teams to close complex enterprise deals.
• Willingness to travel 20-30% to support customers and events.
