Salary: $135,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Define and execute product vision and strategy for digital banking servicing, aligning with business goals and customer needs
• Own and prioritize servicing product backlog, translating requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with servicing tech lead, engineering teams, and stakeholders to deliver features, enhancements, and ensure agile sprint execution
• Oversee platform improvements focusing on scalability, reliability, and user experience using Savana or equivalent
• Gather feedback from operations, customer support, compliance, and end users to inform product decisions
• Coordinate with vendors and SI partners on projects, issues resolution, and roadmap alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 6 years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar, preferably in digital banking, fintech, or SaaS
• Strong technical acumen for collaboration with engineering teams
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Understanding of banking operations (call center, payment, fraud)
• Hands-on experience with servicing platform administration, configuration, or implementation (Savana or equivalent)
