What you will do

• Design and develop backend microservices powering the banking/lending SaaS platform, focusing on performance, security, and scalability
• Leverage AWS services (Lambda, EC2, RDS, S3, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, ECS/Fargate) for reliable cloud-native solutions
• Containerize with Docker & Kubernetes for seamless scaling and integration
• Build and maintain Node.js code daily, optimizing for performance and best practices
• Design extensible systems via APIs, plugins, and integrations for customer customization
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, security measures, and compliance (SOC 2, BSA/AML)
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, DevOps for aligned deployments

Requirements

• 8+ years in backend development, strong Node.js and cloud-native apps focus
• Expertise in microservices, Docker, Kubernetes
• Strong AWS (Lambda, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, SQS, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway)
• RESTful APIs for scalability, performance, security
• CI/CD (GitHub, GitLab CI, CircleCI, AWS CodePipeline), IaC
• Databases: relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (DynamoDB)
• Security: encryption, access control, OAuth, JWT
• High-volume transactions, Agile (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)
