About the Project

We are developing a next-generation marketing and data platform for a fintech company specializing in debt resolution.

The platform includes:

• Integrations with financial institutions and external data providers
• Lead validation and enrichment pipelines
• High-volume data processing and scoring
• Sales funnel optimization and automation
• AI-driven code generation and orchestration of AI agents
• Advanced analytics and performance optimization

This is not a landing-page project. This is a data-intensive, integration-heavy, performance-critical system.

We are looking for an engineer who understands architecture, scalability, and production responsibility, not just feature delivery.

What You Will Work On

• Design and implement scalable backend services in Node.js / TypeScript
• Architect and maintain systems handling high concurrency, heavy data processing, or large volumes of API integrations
• Design clean service boundaries and system architecture
• Build and optimize REST and GraphQL APIs
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and indexing strategies
• Implement data pipelines for validation, enrichment, scoring, and automation
• Integrate multiple third-party APIs such as credit bureaus, enrichment providers, and marketing tools
• Optimize performance, reliability, and observability
• Work with modern AI tooling, including AI-assisted coding, agent orchestration, and workflow automation
• Collaborate on CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment in an Azure environment

Required Technical Expertise

Core Requirements

• Strong, production-level knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
• Deep experience with Node.js
• Experience designing application architecture from scratch
• Experience designing and operating systems handling high concurrency, heavy data processing, or large volumes of API integrations
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design, performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization
• Experience building scalable REST APIs
• Understanding of distributed systems concepts such as caching, queues, idempotency, and concurrency control

Additional Plus

• Experience with the Debt Settlement Industry
• Experience with Next.js / React
• Experience with Azure, including App Services, Databricks, Fabric, etc.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms
• Docker / Kubernetes
• AI-driven workflows, LLM integrations, or agent orchestration systems

Engagement is structured as an independent contractor agreement via Deel.
