TL;DR

hirify.global is the largest platform for high school sports in the US, unifying GoFan, NFHS Network, and MaxPreps with ticketing, streaming, fundraising, and more.

What you will do

  • Design branded social templates, custom logos, and static assets for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Develop motion graphics like lower thirds, title cards, transitions, and animated overlays for video content.
  • Create presentations and pitch decks for internal and external storytelling.
  • Maintain and expand brand guidelines for colors, typography, and logos.
  • Collaborate with social media and performance marketing teams to create converting visuals.
  • Research design trends and social formats to keep the brand relevant.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years in brand design, digital design, or social content creation.
  • Portfolio with logo design, typography, layout, social media, and motion work.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and After Effects.
  • Understanding of platform-specific design for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for high school sports.
