What you will do

• Create high-quality visual assets for digital, social, print, and internal communication channels.
• Ensure brand consistency by applying established visual guidelines across all design outputs.
• Iterate on designs from concept through final execution based on senior designers' feedback.
• Perform production tasks such as resizing assets and organizing creative libraries.
• Contribute creative perspectives and ideas during brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
• Develop presentation decks, event materials, and marketing assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong foundational understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Must be located within the United States.
• Portfolio demonstrating design thinking, creativity, and execution skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
