What you will do

• Facilitate multi-day leadership development programs and open enrollment competency courses for all levels of associates.
• Deliver tailored training on difficult conversations, performance management, talent management, and team effectiveness.
• Utilize multi-modal techniques (virtual, in-person, and shared digital spaces) to create engaging learning experiences.
• Foster psychological safety, inclusivity, and respect for diverse perspectives within the learning environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and learning designers to identify gaps and emerging needs based on data insights.
• Validate learning effectiveness through behavioral observation and rubric-based assessments.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Richmond or McLean, VA.
• Minimum of 4 years of facilitation experience.
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams with 2 or more direct reports.
• Exceptional communication skills and professional presence to engage learners of all levels.
• Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and experiential learning facilitation.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport through active listening.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in the learning and development field.
• Certification in CliftonStrengths, MBTI, SDI (Core Strengths), or DiSC.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Background in acting, improv, or public speaking.
