What you will do

• Deliver preventative and corrective maintenance for antenna systems and tower infrastructure.
• Install, operate, and disassemble winch systems to support work on tall structures.
• Perform support structure inspections and generate detailed documented reports.
• Provide emergency fault response and corrective maintenance support.
• Supervise third parties requiring access to high-power UHF and MF sites.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all site activities.

Requirements

• Full/Valid Driving license required.
• Proven experience in rigging and working at height on towers/masts up to 1000ft (300m).
• Working knowledge of mast and tower maintenance procedures and engineering practices.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK and stay away from home for periods of time.
• Certifications in First Aid, Work at Height, and Mast Rescue.
• RF Awareness.
