What you will do

• Supervise and oversee social housing cyclical work projects from commencement to completion.
• Conduct validation and post-inspections to ensure all works meet client specifications and quality standards.
• Manage job workflows, notes, and client queries using the Total Mobile Dashboard.
• Coordinate the supply chain to ensure timely start and completion dates.
• Create Health and Safety files and conduct regular site safety inspections to minimize risk.
• Liaise with commercial support, administrative staff, clients, and residents.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work across Reading, London, Luton, St Albans, Oxford, Cambridge, and Kensington.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Knowledge of Cyclical Workstreams and supply chain delivery models.
• Relevant Site Management qualifications such as SMSTS and SSSTS.
• Valid First Aid and Asbestos Awareness certifications.
• Must be able to pass a DBS check.
