What you will do
- Support and develop product strategy and roadmaps with stakeholders across the business
- Execute the product roadmap by writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for technology development
- Partner with investing teams, portfolio management, engineering, design, operations, and change management for seamless execution
- Monitor competitive practices, analyze end-user feedback, and develop solutions
- Engage with third-party vendors to address feedback and align their roadmaps with business needs
- Leverage analytics and data to inform product decisions and break down initiatives into components
- Participate in ideation, feasibility assessments, business-case preparation, and product definition
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Services or product management within an agile environment
- Strong communication, storytelling, and workshop-facilitation skills
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail
- Experience gathering requirements, defining features, and supporting product decisions with stakeholders
- Analytical mindset to work through technical or operational issues under time pressure
- Understanding of agile ceremonies, backlog prioritisation, and trade-offs using user insights and market research
