Location: Hybrid in London with minimum 50% office time; initial full-time office for new starters

What you will do

• Own and articulate product vision grounded in customer insight, commercial outcomes, and company strategy.
• Champion customer needs across investing, simplified investing, cash savings, and targeted support.
• Scan market for trends, identify innovation opportunities, and develop product proposals and business cases.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver products from concept to launch and optimization.
• Define KPIs, use data and feedback to improve products and customer outcomes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, manage risks, and lead product governance.

Requirements

• Significant experience in product management within banking, asset/wealth management, or financial services
• Strong understanding of investing products, simplified solutions, or cash savings in D2C/platform environment
• Ability to translate customer insight into product decisions
• Experience building strategies, roadmaps, and business cases balancing customer value, commercial goals, and risks
• Proven collaboration with tech, operations, investments, and marketing teams
• Experience leading and mentoring product managers
