What you will do

• Partner with engineering teams to design standardized infrastructure, deployment workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and operate containerized infrastructure focusing on reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Define Kubernetes best practices and support adoption across the broader engineering organization.
• Manage and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure, including compute, networking, and storage systems.
• Improve observability, monitoring, and incident readiness across production systems.
• Mentor teammates and participate in a shared on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools, specifically Terraform.
• Solid experience with AWS services (EKS, S3, IAM, RDS, VPC, Route53).
• Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins, or Argo CD.
• Must be based in Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Helm, Argo CD, and Karpenter.
• Experience reducing friction in developer workflows and deployment processes.
• Expertise in enhancing observability through advanced monitoring and logging systems.
