What you will do

• Lead high-performing international DevOps team fostering continuous improvement.
• Design, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure to boost product quality and development velocity.
• Collect metrics, analyze data, and prioritize impactful initiatives.
• Collaborate across R&D teams on technical projects and infrastructure modernization.

Requirements

• 2+ years leading Cloud/DevOps teams
• 4+ years as DevOps engineer
• Hands-on AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, IAM, VPC)
• Expert Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Scripting (Bash, Python), IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Observability (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Incident response and troubleshooting distributed systems
• Experience in large-scale production environments
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or relevant field

Nice to have

• AWS and Kubernetes certifications
• Master’s degree in relevant field
• Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs)
• Security best practices (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
