Platform Engineer

TL;DR

Platform Engineer (Healthtech): Building internal developer platforms and self-service tools to boost developer productivity with an accent on golden paths for CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, and observability. What you will do

• Partner with product teams to identify pain points and build reusable tooling, templates, and documentation.
• Develop internal developer platforms (IDP) for service creation, deployment, and operations.
• Create golden paths for workflows like CI/CD onboarding, infrastructure provisioning, and observability setup.
• Build monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards, alerting, and evolve SLOs/SLIs.
• Explore AI applications for developer productivity, such as test generation and CI failure analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years commercial experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE
• Hands-on programming in at least one language
• Experience in cloud infrastructure, IaC, observability, reliability engineering, test environments, IDPs, or API optimization
• Strong problem-solving, pragmatic decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment
• Based in Sofia and able to work 3 days/week from Sofia office

• AWS, Terraform, GitHub Actions, New Relic
• Backstage or other IDP platforms

• Computer Science degree or equivalent
