What you will do

• Lead cross-functional creative pods including Writers, Artists, and Set Designers to deliver weekly video content at scale.
• Drive ideation and shape episodic arcs with strong hooks and narrative clarity optimized for the YouTube platform.
• Manage simultaneous productions, balancing creative ambition with resource availability and timelines.
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback on scripts, voiceovers, and final edits to maintain brand voice.
• Utilize audience data and platform insights to drive content strategies and creative decisions.
• Shape the development of recurring characters and series IP to increase return viewership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in producing, showrunning, or creative leadership for digital video platforms.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams and productions concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with a discerning eye for story, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, comfortable providing feedback across all levels.
• Based in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate.
