What you will do

• Deliver Telematic Units as the customer-facing lead for all software topics.
• Orchestrate virtual, cross-functional, global project teams and ensure role clarity.
• Define software project processes, lifecycle, planning, and milestones aligned with hirify.global standards and customer needs.
• Monitor schedule, effort, quality; manage risks, changes, and conflicts.
• Provide regular SW status updates to senior management and contribute to requirements analysis.
• Conduct lessons learned and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Expert in project management and coordination in globally distributed environments.
• Expert knowledge in software engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, requirements management, configuration management, risk management, process models (e.g., Automotive SPICE, CMMI).
• Global mindset, intercultural experience, flexible personality, "whatever-it-takes" attitude.

Nice to have

• University degree in engineering or business administration.
• PMP certification.
• Automotive experience, ASPICE Level 3 projects.
• Real-time embedded software development.
• Management of 25+ people.
