What you will do

• Design and integrate PCS solutions, including PLC control sequence flow charts, IO tags, and network device databases.
• Review and create electrical diagrams and technical submittals for SCADA systems and network topologies.
• Collaborate with software developers, electrical engineers, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and develop technical specifications.
• Optimize system performance by analyzing data and updating PLC/SCADA configurations.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, logic diagrams, and updates while adhering to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams on electrical schematics, project design, and system operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, automation, or related field.
• Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block.
• Experience with SCADA or BAS platforms (e.g., Ignition, Wonderware, Triudium, GE iFIX, EcoStructure).
• Strong knowledge of industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP, OPC-UA, DCIM, BACNET).
• Proficiency in UL508A requirements, ANSI standards, and familiarity with IEC standards.
• Working knowledge of MV/LV switchgear, UPS, ATS, and related equipment; proven project management in engineering or automation.
