Managing Director – CIB Client Content & Strategy: Shaping client narratives, content strategy, and positioning across CIB coverage, product, and strategy with an accent on sector storytelling, thought leadership, and high-profile client pitches. Focus on partnering with MDs and senior leaders on major client moments, flagship projects, and market-facing initiatives.

Location: London (Hybrid: at least 2 days per week or 40% of time in office)

What you will do

• Develop clarity, consistency, and impact in client narratives across coverage, product, and strategy teams.
• Collaborate with specialist teams on sector storytelling, thought leadership, pitches, and strategic engagements.
• Partner with MDs and senior leaders on high-profile client moments and market-facing initiatives.
• Integrate banking expertise, commercial insight, and creative thinking to shape client experiences.
• Identify differentiation and growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• 10+ years shaping client narratives, content strategy, or positioning at senior level in CIB or financial services
• Strong understanding of CIB clients, sectors, products, and storytelling for complex propositions
• 5+ years operating at MD/Board level, influencing seniors and high-impact engagements
• 10+ years translating strategy, data, and risk into commercial messaging
• Market/competitor awareness and leadership gravitas for setting standards at scale
