What you will do

• Identify pain points in the mobile codebase and deliver high-impact platform solutions
• Define React Native standards for code quality, TypeScript, components, and testing
• Build shared primitives like navigation, state management, networking, and UI foundations
• Partner with product teams to unblock delivery via reference implementations and shared modules
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, release workflows, build tooling, and observability
• Shape API contracts and contribute to mobile roadmap planning

Requirements

• Strong foundation in TypeScript and React, from React Native or frontend background
• Systems thinking to fix root causes and build reusable tools/documentation
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams
• Pragmatic on trade-offs, data-informed prioritization using metrics and analytics
• Clear communicator able to explain complex topics simply
• Comfortable in fast-moving scale-up with shifting roadmap
