What you will do

• Lead and mentor the mobile platform team to enable product teams to operate efficiently through clear prioritization.
• Define and uphold engineering standards for mobile security, observability, performance, and release quality.
• Develop and maintain shared mobile platform capabilities using React Native and TypeScript.
• Architect and maintain native modules and libraries written in Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, and Java.
• Own and drive improvements to CI/CD pipelines, build reliability, and deployment workflows.
• Manage mobile platform observability, crash reporting, and coordinate production incident response.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in mobile engineering, including roles at Tech Lead, Staff, or Principal level.
• 4+ years of production experience building applications with React Native and TypeScript.
• 4+ years of experience with native mobile development (Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, or Java).
• Strong proven experience owning and improving CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Experience leading a mobile platform team and driving adoption of new tools through mentoring and documentation.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture, including React Native bridges and native modules.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in fintech, banking, or highly regulated product environments.
• Experience evaluating or migrating to Expo or similar React Native tooling.
• Background in mobile security-focused work or performance optimization.
• Experience developing shared UI components or mobile design systems.
