Customer Experience Representative (Technology Platform): Delivering and maximizing outcomes for customers and vendors through platform utilization including recruitment, training, end-customer acquisition, and cross-sell initiatives with an accent on Xvantage platform expertise and solution enablement. Focus on driving insights and actions, developing sales collateral, conducting training sessions, supporting sales teams, and fostering customer relationships.

Location: Hybrid: 3 days per week in office at downtown Buffalo, NY; 2 days from home

Salary: USD $49,500 - $79,200 per year

What you will do

  • Drive insights and actions to increase Xvantage platform usage for reseller partners and vendors.
  • Build full solutions for a portfolio of customers or vendors, staying updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, and conduct training sessions for sales teams and customers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on pre-sales activities like demonstrations, consultations, and proposals.
  • Proactively engage customers to understand needs, provide personalized recommendations, and build relationships.
  • Work with vendors on product updates, promotions, and partnerships to deliver optimal solutions.

Requirements

  • Location: Must work 3 days per week from Buffalo, NY office
  • High school degree required; typically four-year college degree or equivalent and 2 years functional experience.
  • Experience in sales or solutions role in technology industry preferred, especially platform products.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, customer-centric, team player able to handle fast-paced environment and multiple priorities.
