What you will do

• Define and lead the end-to-end GEO strategy as a core acquisition and brand authority channel.
• Drive executive alignment by setting channel OKRs and presenting performance to leadership.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap for site architecture, structured data, and indexation strategy.
• Build AI-enabled automation workflows for content production, optimization, and distribution.
• Maintain and compound the classical SEO foundation, including technical health and link strategy.
• Develop measurement infrastructure and dashboards to track brand mentions and competitive visibility across generative engines.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or AI search optimization.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or channel-ownership role (Head, Director, or Principal).
• Proven track record of delivering results with GEO, programmatic SEO, or AI-enabled content workflows.
• Deep expertise in how LLMs retrieve, chunk, and cite content to win share of model.
• Experience influencing cross-functional roadmaps (Product, Engineering, Sales) without direct authority.
• Strong executive communication skills and English proficiency for reporting to leadership.

Nice to have

• Hands-on expertise in structured data, technical SEO, or AI-agent access protocols (llms.txt, JSON-LD).
• Experience developing or shipping AI-driven tools or content automation workflows.
• Prior experience in a VP or Director level role with direct P&L or budget accountability.
