What you will do

• Own the full growth funnel strategy, metrics, and execution for acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Build compounding growth loops through referrals, community, and virality to enhance developer experience.
• Implement deep product instrumentation to analyze conversion and identify drop-off points.
• Lead a high-velocity experimentation program using A/B tests and sharp hypotheses.
• Scale growth channels including SEO, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and PLG motions.
• Develop strategies to acquire and retain AI agents as first-class users of the platform.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, with 2-3+ years of end-to-end ownership of growth metrics.
• Experience with developer-facing or API-first products (e.g., Stripe, Twilio, Vercel, or Web3 projects).
• Proficiency in funnel analysis, cohort modeling, and experimentation design.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales) without direct authority.
