ETF Product Strategist

TL;DR

ETF Product Strategist (ETFs): Provide day-to-day quantitative and analytical support for Equity, Commodity and Fixed Income ETF strategies with an accent on performance and tracking analyses, marketing materials and sales aids. Focus on producing client-ready content, developing analytical tools, and communicating ETF product functionalities to sales and marketing.

Location: London (hybrid, at least four full days per week in hirify.global office)

What you will do

• Provide quantitative analytics for ETFs across equities, fixed income, and commodities in response to sales and marketing requests.
• Produce clear, accurate, visually engaging client-ready materials including emails, presentations, brochures, and product updates.
• Coordinate with product teams, Content, and Compliance to ensure materials meet standards and are delivered timely.
• Develop tools in Excel/VB, Access, Python to automate and streamline team processes.
• Build deep understanding of hirify.global ETFs and communicate to business areas like sales and marketing.

Requirements

• Written English proficiency required; second European language highly desirable
• Proven quantitative/analytical skills for manipulating large data volumes, index calculations, performance analytics, statistics.
• Advanced Excel skills, experience with databases (SQL) and programming (VB, Python).
• University degree preferably in STEM or quantitative field (economics, finance).
• Strong organization, attention to detail, ability to prioritize heavy workload and meet deadlines.
• Client-centric, proactive problem-solver with commercial drive.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ETF landscape.
• Progress towards CFA or similar qualifications.
