Character Asset Art Intern (Gamedev): Updating and reinforcing standards and requirements for creating video game models with an accent on character assets, pipelines, and collaboration. Focus on expanding software knowledge, production pipelines, and teamwork skills in a professional studio environment.

Location: Office-first hybrid — at least 3 days per week from Warsaw office, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland. You are going to reside in Poland throughout the whole internship. Full availability from the beginning of July until the end of September (40h/week).

Salary: gross hourly rate of 31.40 PLN.

What you will do

• Update and reinforce standards and requirements related to creating models for video games.
• Expand knowledge of software and production pipelines.
• Improve teamwork and collaboration skills alongside experienced professionals.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Fresh high school graduate or university student.
• Reside in Poland throughout the whole internship.
• Available from the beginning of July until the end of September (40h/week).
• Good command of English.
• CV must be in English.
• Intermediate proficiency in ZBrush, Blender or Maya/3ds Max, as well as Adobe Substance Painter.
• Basic understanding of the game asset creation pipeline.
• Strong interest in character creation, including anatomy, silhouette, and proportions.
• Attention to form consistency and visual clarity.
• Include portfolio showcasing character-focused artwork, ideally leaning towards hyperrealism.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of 3D animation.
• Drawing skills.
