Location: Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands or Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid with minimum two days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own end-to-end copy projects from ideation to delivery, refining tone of voice across all touchpoints.
• Integrate AI tools into creative workflows for research, ideation, testing, and optimization.
• Translate brand strategy into differentiated messaging and evolve messaging frameworks.
• Write performant copy for digital channels like search, social, emails, and landing pages, iterating with data.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, PR, and UX teams to ensure integrated and consistent experiences.
• Maintain high craft standards and challenge for smarter, scalable processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional copywriting experience, ideally in digital/marketplace/tech; native-level English
• Hands-on with AI tools embedded in workflow
• Strong in brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks
• Proven digital copy for performance channels with data-driven iteration
• Proactive, collaborative, and pragmatic in cross-functional settings
• Interest in unique objects and stories
