What you will do

• Ensure content complies with local legislation, regulations, and client's UK internal policies, including proper reference tagging.
• Understand client's UK oncology brands to support quick turnaround on reference tagging tasks.
• Navigate the complete MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) approval process.
• Create reference packs in Veeva Vault based on brand team briefs and suggest sources for references.
• Mark up PDFs for citation reordering and collaborate with design and production teams on amends.
• Follow departmental best practices in processes, communication, project management, and documentation.
• Participate in training programs, complete assignments, and maintain quality, confidentiality, and security standards.

Requirements

• Based in Brazil or Portugal
• Education: B Pharm/M Pharm/BDS/MDS/PhD
• Minimum 3 years experience in an agency setting
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market, up-to-date with technical/scientific developments
• Client-oriented with networking skills, problem-solving, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Experience in a multinational matrix environment
• Portuguese speaking
