Senior Software Developer (React/Supabase)

TL;DR

Senior Software Developer (Applications) (React/Supabase): Design, build, and maintain internal web applications and dashboards for manufacturing, staffing, family office, and real estate with an accent on full-stack development using React frontends and Supabase backends. Focus on replacing legacy reporting tools with custom operator applications, integrating REST APIs with enterprise systems, and delivering features in short cycles with direct user feedback.

Location: Global remote position, requires at least 3 hours of overlap with U.S. Central Time each day

What you will do

• Build and ship operator-facing web applications and custom React-based dashboards replacing legacy Power BI and third-party tools.
• Develop performant UIs with React, TypeScript, Tailwind; implement backend logic, data models, auth, and security using Supabase and PostgreSQL.
• Design and consume REST APIs, integrate with enterprise systems, deploy on Vercel with monitoring.
• Partner directly with business users to translate requirements into features, conduct walkthroughs, iterate based on feedback.
• Contribute to code reviews, maintain code quality, triage issues, leverage AI tools for faster delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (B2 level minimum on CEFR scale), written and verbal
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent + 5+ years full-stack web development experience
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
• Experience with Supabase/PostgreSQL (auth, row-level security, edge functions)
• Proficiency with Node.js, REST APIs; deploying on Vercel/AWS or similar
• Hands-on with AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
• Ability to work directly with non-technical users

Nice to have

• Familiarity with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier)
• Exposure to NetSuite or Salesforce APIs
