What you will do

• Define end-to-end architecture for AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, and MCP systems including data pipelines, model training/inference, and MLOps.
• Serve as strategic advisor to clients, leading solution design, presenting architectures, and driving innovation.
• Architect scalable solutions using cloud-native AI tools like Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, or GCP Vertex AI.
• Lead integration of Generative AI with LLMs into enterprise applications and design RAG systems with vector databases.
• Guide teams on MLOps, evaluate build-vs-buy decisions, and recommend adoption of emerging AI trends.
• Mentor teams, ensure ethical AI practices, align strategies with business goals, and represent at industry events.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with 15+ years industry experience in machine learning, data science, AI; Ph.D. highly desirable.
• Strong grasp of AI architecture patterns (RAG, Agent AI, MCP, prompt orchestration).
• Deep experience with Python, ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on with GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning.
• Experience with enterprise AI systems, MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker Pipelines), APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Model Risk Management, compliance; strong leadership and communication skills.
