Location: Hybrid (Netanya, Israel) — 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Improve existing algorithms and tools to enhance data exploration and provide accurate feedback on business activities.
• Develop new predictive models and approaches to drive product growth and business insights.
• Implement machine learning models end-to-end, moving from design to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable services.
• Ensure software reliability by writing and automating unit, functional, and load tests.
• Research and integrate the latest ML technologies to ensure the use of best-in-class algorithms.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience coding ML-based solutions in high-scale systems.
• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Relevant industry experience or publications in ad-tech and recommender systems.
• Proficiency with Go, Python, Java, AWS, and Jupyter notebooks.
• Strong foundation in statistics, regression analysis, and data mining.
• Ability to critically analyze scientific articles and implement findings in a production environment.
