Location: Hybrid (Tel Aviv, Israel) - 3 days in-office required

What you will do

• Lead the design and evolution of large-scale Deep Learning models to optimize user intent and behavioral data transformation.
• Own the end-to-end ML delivery process in production to enhance advertiser performance and marketplace efficiency.
• Manage and develop a team of ML engineers, providing technical leadership and mentorship.
• Translate high-level marketplace objectives into concrete modeling strategies.
• Drive the adoption of agent-based coding tools to accelerate experimentation and improve code quality.

Requirements

• Advanced academic training (MSc/PhD) in machine learning, optimization, or statistical modeling.
• 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning modeling.
• Proven expertise in production-grade ML engineering.
• Prior experience in managerial or technical leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business impact through modeling.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Tel Aviv office.
