TL;DR

Data Science Team Lead (ML): Lead the design and evolution of large-scale Deep Learning models for modeling user intent at scale and transforming behavioral data into smarter recommendations with an accent on production-grade ML engineering and measurable business impact. Focus on owning end-to-end ML delivery, translating marketplace objectives into modeling strategy, and guiding ML engineers in agentic development.

Hybrid (3 days/week in TLV office, Israel)

What you will do

• Lead design and evolution of hirify.global’s core ML models for advertiser performance and marketplace efficiency.
• Own end-to-end ML delivery from modeling to production deployment.
• Lead and develop a team of ML engineers.
• Translate marketplace objectives into actionable modeling strategies.
• Drive technical direction in the agentic development era.

Requirements

• Hybrid work: 3 days/week in TLV office, Israel
• Advanced academic training (MSc/PhD) in machine learning, optimization, and statistical modeling.
• 6+ years strong Machine Learning modeling experience.
• Production-grade ML engineering experience.
• Managerial or technical leadership experience.
• Experience driving measurable business impact through modeling.
• Experience with agent-based coding tools for ML development.
