What you will do

• Lead the design and evolution of hirify.global’s large-scale Deep Learning models.
• Own end-to-end ML delivery in production to improve advertiser performance.
• Manage and develop ML engineers within the advertiser side group.
• Translate marketplace objectives into a cohesive modeling strategy.
• Leverage agent-based coding tools to accelerate development and experimentation in ML systems.

Requirements

• Advanced academic training (MSc/PhD) with strong grounding in machine learning, optimization, and statistical modeling.
• 6+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning modeling.
• Proven experience in production-grade ML engineering.
• Previous experience in managerial or technical leadership roles.
• Experience using agent-based coding tools for development and code quality.
• Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel

Nice to have

• Experience with Large-Scale Recommendation Systems.
