What you will do

• Lead a small team of solution engineers.
• Demonstrate solutions to potential customers and identify issues and product improvement opportunities.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts based on customer requirements.
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via ticketing system and email.
• Improve team efficiency with AI methods, FAQs, documentation, and online community.

Requirements

• At least 10 years experience as consultant or software developer, including 2-3 years in leadership role.
• More than 3 years in solution engineering, presales, customer support, or other technical customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of Python programming on Linux environments.
• Experience with containers in scaled Kubernetes cloud environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS, computer vision, AI, or video management systems.
• Good understanding of hardware.
• German language skills.
