What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, addressing their goals and security challenges.
• Lead technical aspects of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and guide pre-deployment readiness.
• Drive post-sales success by optimizing deployments and resolving complex technical issues.
• Design, maintain, and automate lab environments to simulate real-world customer deployments.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to integrate customer feedback into the platform roadmap.
• Deliver technical enablement and training sessions to ensure customer platform fluency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps technologies.
• Strong proficiency in AWS, networking, and container orchestration (ECS or EKS).
• Knowledge of core cybersecurity tools including SIEM, EDR, and threat intelligence.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go, and infrastructure automation via Ansible.
• Willingness to travel.

• Direct hands-on experience within the cybersecurity landscape.
• Background in MLOps or AI-related workflows.
