What you will do

• Design AI-native experiences that act like a partner or assistant, prioritizing, explaining recommendations, and building trust, including error handling.
• Create workflows connecting insight to decision, execution, and learning from outcomes.
• Conduct and synthesize user research directly with ag retail partners, co-op managers, and growers.
• Prototype quickly using AI tools and lightweight code.
• Work in a small pod with product and engineering to turn ambiguous problems into clear, testable directions.

Requirements
