What you'll be doing

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new affiliate partners in the Italian market
• Negotiate and execute commercial deals to drive registrations and first-time depositors (FTDs)
• Build and manage long-term relationships with affiliates, providing onboarding and technical support
• Monitor performance KPIs (traffic quality, FTDs, NGR, ROI) and optimise deals for maximum profitability
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams for seamless campaign integration
• Deliver reporting on performance and growth opportunities; represent at industry events

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Italian iGaming or sports betting market
• Strong expertise in affiliate marketing, especially SEO-led models and deal structures
• Established network of affiliate partners in Italy
• Proven track record driving high-quality FTDs and customer acquisition
• Strong analytical skills for performance assessment and ROI optimisation
• Commercial mindset focused on NGR, LTV, and sustainable growth
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
