What you will do

• Manage and track the production of graphics and video assets for game launches.
• Maintain Excel tracking tools and production management files.
• Coordinate workflows between Social, Digital, and external outsourcing teams to meet deadlines.
• Write, format, and distribute creative briefs to internal teams and outsourcers.
• Review and validate delivered assets from the Graphic/Video teams.
• Analyze production plans to resolve critical timeline issues.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel for asset and timeline tracking.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• English: Good written and spoken proficiency required.
• Genuine interest in the video game industry.

Nice to have

• Experience with project management tools like Jira.
