What you will do
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, collaborations, brand activations, PR, gifting, and social content
- Propose talent, collaborators, cultural trends; scout and network with emerging unsigned faces across territories
- Support content creation including image selects, behind-the-scenes capture, video in various formats between releases
- Take ownership of regional creative and maintain global network of photographers, videographers, creatives
- Plan and execute IRL brand activations, events like sample sales, meet ups, open castings; run digital Book Club
- Conduct research on fashion, social media, music, youth and alt culture trends; share insights in meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in similar role managing these responsibilities
- Deep understanding of alt culture, trends, and digital platforms
- Strong creative instinct with proactive, ideas-first mindset
- Highly collaborative, connecting teams across brand, creative, and social
- Passionate about talent discovery and building creative networks
- Hands-on content creation (shooting/editing); organised, adaptable, multi-project management
