Location: Must be based in Poland (Remote with occasional on-site visits)

Salary: 900 - 1200 PLN per man-day (B2B)

What you will do

• Organize and facilitate the daily work of two cross-functional teams within a Release Train setup.
• Ensure execution of planned work and focus teams on delivering committed outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers and Product Owners responsible for a product cluster.
• Track delivery progress using metrics, reporting, and roadmap control.
• Monitor the delivery pipeline, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues to the Delivery Director.
• Drive a strong culture of communication, accountability, and continuous delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master working with end-to-end delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum within a scaled environment (Release Train).
• Technical understanding of AWS to effectively challenge teams on technical topics.
• Experience with delivery metrics, reporting, and pipeline monitoring.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Availability to start ASAP (preferably within 2-3 weeks).
