What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring ecosystem
• Build and evolve microservices with event-driven and asynchronous patterns
• Collaborate with frontend, platform teams, and Delivery Manager in agile setup
• Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, and mentoring juniors
• Identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and communicate effectively in English

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years commercial software development experience
• Strong Java expertise
• Very good Spring (Boot, MVC, Cloud) knowledge
• Event-driven architectures (message brokers, async processing)
• PostgreSQL or relational DB experience
• Microservices environments
• Understanding of frontend architecture (React/Flutter focus) for collaboration
• Agile methodologies (Scrum/Agile)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• React or Flutter experience
